Resiliency Corner Resources
What is a Resiliency Corner?
Resiliency corners are spaces in the home, office, or school that can be used to support self-regulation and stress reduction in a way that is non-distracting, easy to access, and physically safe. As part of our work as a coalition, Resilient Northeast Georgia is focused on promoting the creation and use of these spaces across a variety of settings as a way for people to practice resiliency skills.
Below, you will find digital resources to guide resiliency and mindfulness activities, as well as Amazon lists of items designated for use with younger students, older students, and within the home or office.
