In collaboration with Resilient Northeast Georgia’s trauma-informed communities initiative, Barrow County Family Connection pairs Resilient Northeast Georgia’s trauma awareness and prevention resources with their collaborative’s mental health focused actions to create a stronger system of trauma-informed mental health care and improve the quality of life for all people in Barrow County.

As a part of the Resilient Northeast Georgia coalition, Barrow County Family Connection will work with community partners and service providers to cultivate a community approach to building a shared language and knowledge of trauma-informed care using a community resilience building model.
